Who runs this site

Nicole Emily Toler runs nicoleemilytoler.com to share her work with brands and receive collaboration inquiries.

What I collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form. That is your name, email, brand or company, budget, what you are interested in and your message.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or ads. Photos are copies hosted on this site, so viewing them does not send anything to Instagram.

How I use it

Your inquiry is used only to reply to you about a possible collaboration. I never sell or rent it, and I never share it for marketing.

Who helps run the site

Cloudflare hosts the site and receives the form. Resend delivers the form to my email, which is hosted by Google. They handle your information only to provide those services. Cloudflare may briefly keep technical details such as IP addresses to protect the site from abuse.

How long it is kept

Inquiries stay in my email for as long as they are useful for working together. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Send a message through the form or a DM to @nicoleemilytoler (opens in a new tab) and I will take care of it. These choices apply wherever you live, including California, the UK and the EU.

Links to Instagram

Posts open on Instagram, where Instagram's own privacy policy applies.

Children

This site is for brands and businesses and is not meant for children.
