What this site is for

This site shows my work, my audience and my rates so brands and agencies can decide whether to work with me, and lets them send me an inquiry. It is for information only.

Rates, packages and collaborations

The rates and packages shown are starting points to help you plan. They are not an offer and may change at any time. Sending an inquiry does not create an agreement or commit either of us to anything. Every collaboration is confirmed in a separate written agreement covering deliverables, timing, payment and usage rights, and that agreement controls if anything on this site differs from it.

Audience figures

Follower counts, views, engagement and audience breakdowns come from Instagram's reporting for my account and refresh automatically. I report them in good faith, but Instagram can revise its numbers, and past results don't guarantee the results of any future collaboration.

Disclosure of partnerships

I clearly disclose paid partnerships and gifted products, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and Instagram's branded content rules. Brands that work with me agree that collaborations will be disclosed this way.

My content

The photos, videos, writing and design on this site belong to me or are used with permission, and they are protected by copyright. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, republish, edit or sell my content, use it in advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models without my written permission. My name, image and likeness may not be used to suggest that I endorse anything without a written agreement.

Brand names and logos

Brand names and logos on this site belong to their owners. I show them to identify brands I have worked with. Showing them does not mean those brands endorse this site or are working with me now.

Using the site properly

Please don't send spam or false information through the form, try to get into parts of the site or its systems that aren't meant for you, interfere with how the site works, or scrape it with automated tools. I may block anyone who misuses the site.

Other websites

This site links to Instagram and other websites that I don't control. Their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.

No warranties

I work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no warranties of any kind about it.

Any dispute about these terms or this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
